About CaspianParts

CaspianParts is a build-to-print manufacturing company based in Kostanay, Kazakhstan, focused on complex components for oilfield service equipment in specialty materials.

Our founding team has prior hands-on experience across oilfield services (drilling, directional drilling, MWD/LWD), petrochemical equipment, and plastics processing machinery. We manufacture against customer-provided or customer-authorized documentation only.

We welcome supplier qualification visits and are ready to support your vendor onboarding process, including NDA, compliance review, and technical qualification.

What we do for you

Predictable quality

Parts that meet agreed specifications. We control every stage, document process parameters, and verify compliance from incoming material inspection through final acceptance.

Full supply chain coordination

When a part requires heat treatment, coatings, or additive manufacturing — we manage the entire chain. You work with one contractor; we are accountable for every participant.

Material & component sourcing

We procure the alloys, fasteners, seals, and components your project requires, including hard-to-source items. Equivalent materials only when permitted by the applicable specification and approved by the customer.

Build-to-print discipline

We manufacture against customer-provided or customer-authorized documentation. No reproduction of proprietary parts without explicit customer authorization and applicable technical rights.

Capabilities

High-precision parts from difficult-to-machine materials, produced in batches of up to several hundred units.

CNC Turning & Milling

  • Complex geometry including freeform surfaces
  • Tolerances to IT5 on critical dimensions
  • Difficult-to-machine materials

Electrical Discharge Machining

  • Complex-profile holes, threading in hardened alloys
  • Cavities and slots in heat-treated materials
  • Machining of tungsten carbide and Stellite parts

Finishing Operations

  • Lapping of valve pairs to full seal integrity

Case Studies

Our experience spans oilfield services, petrochemical, and process industries. These cases represent a selection of our capabilities. We respect confidentiality agreements with our customers.

Chemical injector probe
MP35N PVD Coating CNC

Chemical Injector Probe — MP35N

A client operating in aggressive oilfield conditions required a probe for injecting corrosion inhibitors into a high-pressure process pipeline. Key requirements: resistance to saline and H₂S-containing environments, precision threaded joints, durability at operating temperatures up to 250°C.

  • Selected MP35N — cobalt-nickel alloy with high corrosion resistance
  • CNC turned with IT6 tolerances on threaded surfaces
  • PVD TiAlN coating for hydroabrasive wear protection
  • Sourced check valve and fluoroelastomer O-ring seal

Part accepted without remarks. 8+ months continuous operation. Repeat order placed for 20 units.

Hydraulic manifold
17-4PH Reverse Engineering 3D Scanning

Hydraulic Manifold — Reverse Engineering

A customer operating hydraulic equipment in harsh field conditions had a worn manifold — original OEM documentation was lost and supply was no longer available. Requirement: reverse-engineer and reproduce with improved corrosion resistance for continuous operation in aggressive environments.

  • 3D scanned and built solid model of all internal channels
  • Upgraded material to 17-4PH precipitation-hardening stainless steel
  • 4-axis CNC milling: 14 channels, ±0.02 mm coaxiality tolerance
  • EDM machining of blind cavities with complex geometry

Passed 250 atm bench testing. Material upgrade resolved original corrosion failure. Documentation retained for repeat orders.

Extruder screw elements
Alloy Steel Nitriding Freeform Surfaces

Extruder Screw Elements — Nitrided

A manufacturer needed screw elements for a single-screw extruder-compounder. Contact with abrasive fillers at elevated temperature. OEM parts had 6+ month lead time at prohibitive cost.

  • 3D scanned worn element, reconstructed nominal geometry
  • Alloy structural steel with nitriding for surface hardness
  • Batch of 12 on 5-axis milling center
  • Hard wear-resistant surface with ductile core

Completed two service cycles. Service life comparable to OEM at significantly lower cost.

Flow calibrator
Inconel 625 SLM / 3D Printing Fast Turnaround

Flow Calibrator — Inconel 625, SLM + CNC

Urgent need for a large-diameter flow calibrator in Inconel 625. Bar stock procurement would take weeks. Two-piece assembly with replaceable carbide insert.

  • SLM printed body from Inconel 625 — 8 days vs. 4–6 weeks for wrought stock
  • CNC turning: central bore to H7 fit
  • Tungsten carbide insert manufactured to specification
  • Full dimensional verification with measurement report

Delivered within 3 weeks from inquiry. Two-piece design allows insert replacement without replacing assembly.

Quality Assurance

Our quality management system is aligned with ISO 9001 principles. Every part we produce is backed by a controlled process, full traceability, and documented inspection at every critical stage.

Controlled Process

Defined manufacturing sequences, verified parameters, documented at each stage.

Full Traceability

From material batch to finished part — every component and operation is traceable.

In-Process Inspection

Critical dimensions verified at key manufacturing stages, not just at final acceptance.

Nonconformance Management

Root cause analysis and corrective action for any deviation from specification.

Subcontractor Management

Qualified suppliers, incoming inspection, and verification of all outsourced operations.

Documentation Package

Typical deliverables include: material certificates (MTC), dimensional inspection reports, first article inspection summary, heat treatment / coating certificates, and process traceability records.

Supplier Onboarding

We are set up to work within your controlled supplier workflow from day one.

Build-to-print only

We manufacture against customer-provided or customer-authorized specifications. No unauthorized reproduction of proprietary parts.

IP & confidentiality

We respect customer IP and confidentiality obligations. NDA-ready before any technical exchange.

Qualification support

We support standard supplier onboarding workflows: NDA, compliance review, technical qualification, trial production, and audit.

Documentation control

MTCs, dimensional reports, inspection records, and process traceability packs — delivered as required by your specification.

Controlled subcontractors

Outside operations (heat treatment, coatings, additive manufacturing) are performed by qualified subcontractors under our coordination and incoming inspection.

Qualification visits welcome

Process reviews and facility audits available by appointment at our Kostanay facility.

Best fit for

  • Low-volume build-to-print parts
  • Difficult-to-machine materials (Inconel, Stellite, titanium, tungsten carbide)
  • Urgent replacement batches
  • Legacy or supply-constrained components with customer authorization
  • Parts requiring coordinated subcontract operations
  • Components for directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and related applications

What we don't do

  • We do not manufacture proprietary parts without customer authorization
  • We do not substitute materials or design features without customer approval
  • We work under customer-approved documentation and controlled change processes
